I can only say what so many other have said. This is a real quality product. Even the lights are really well made. I have received so many complements on this bumper and what everyone says is...."it looks almost factory as it fits the Raptor so well". I have purchased many things for my truck but I must say this is one of my most pleasing purchases. Great shipping container, well packaged and really well made. The welds are simply beautiful. I can say without any reservations you will be most pleased with this product, regardless of how long you have to wait for it. Rome was not built in a day!!

Saw Christine at SEMA at the Rogue display truck.
Sounded like they were very busy getting ready for SEMA.
I ordered both front and rear bumpers on 9/26. Was told 3 to 4 weeks at that time, but knew that wasn't going to happen.
Might stop over there in the next day or so.

I wish I could say the same, I would agree with you up till about a month ago in my case. I hope its true about the quality and craftsmanship when I finally do get my bumper!! I ordered my bumper 7/29/2014 and paid for my bumper a few days after that. To put it all out on the table I did ask for some custom changes that they had never done before so I knew it would take longer with the cad designing and fab work that had to be done but I was told it would be no problem. I have been told for the past month that my bunper was almost done! I also called 2 times last week to ask what was going on and find out the status of my bumper but as of this post I have not gotten a return phone call or email....... If I knew upfront it would take more than 3 months (and counting) for my order I don't know if I would have placed my order at all. @ROGUERacing I would like an update please and don't think I should have to call you more than 2 times to even get someone to answer the phone or call me back!!
Adam, I apologize for missing the phones last week while we were out of the office at the SEMA show. I have gone through all the emails and messages and thought I got through them all, but I guess not. I think it would only be fair to clarify the reasons your order has taken so long, and to be fair to mention that we made it clear upfront that it would take awhile for R&D on a custom designed bumper/ winch system. We worked closely with you to design a one off bumper that integrated a winch that could be removed from the front to the back as well as completely designing a built in receiver hitch and winch plate provision to accommodate your requests. We thank you for your continued patience but we would like everyone to understand that this is a special custom order. Your bumpers themselves have been done we are just wrapping up final revisions of the winch plate and didn't want you to have to incur double shipping. I will have Ryan give a call in the morning. Everyone else we are pleased to let you know that non customs bumpers ship out within 2 weeks of ordering! How much for just the top hoop bar if you already have the throttle bumper? What finish is used, as it would have to be ground off to weld on the top bar. Thanks
Jimbo, To do this correctly the bumper would have to be completely stripped down & a bar welded on and resent to powdercoat. Honestly building a whole new bumper would be easier. Call us in the morning we can discuss options. 855-757-6483 Thank You, Christine Sent from my iPhone using Forum Runner ---------- Post added at 02:27 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:13 AM ----------
Yikes. Was looking at Rogue for my truck, but don't know if I'd wait 3 months for a bumper. I have called a few times and received no response as well. Customer Service - 0, fooling the public - 2.
Krilik, We apologize for any missed calls last week while we were in and out of the office for SEMA. We have made a strong effort to return all messages and emails. All regular bumper orders are shipped out within 2 weeks of ordering. No fooling the public here, I can assure you that. Call us #855-757-6483. Or email [email protected] Were in the office M-F 9-6 Or feel free to call my cell 702-506-4612 Thanks, Christine Sent from my iPhone using Forum Runner ---------- Post added at 02:29 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:27 AM ----------

Thanks Christine. It is on the truck I'm looking at and may buy, so if I do pull the trigger, I'll give you a buzz!

Thanks Christine.
I can only imagine the hours that you guys had to put out in prep for SEMA.
And this years show was probably the busiest in its history.
The display truck was great by the way.

Ordered front and rear last week -- thanks for the help Christine! Very positive experience getting the order placed and processed. Now just anticipating delivery.

In the mean time I am ordering a Warn Zeon Platinum 10S to install in the bumper. Does anyone have a Zeon installed in the Throttle bumper that can share pictures? Looking for inside views showing the winch.

Thanks again.

I simply can't say enough for this outstanding bumper. The lights are very well made and frankly everything looks very factory, which is exactly what I wanted. No big bull bars hanging over the front for me.
