I don't want to spend serious cash on a bumper only to have it start rusting after a year like some other aftermarket bumpers seem to in these climates...
The powder coating we use on these bumpers is the strongest out there, maybe even a little over kill but we wanted to be very sure of their performance because we have all heard the stories of bumper powder coating failure. We have a lot of customers is regions where there is heavy snow/ salt and exposure to corrosion. This coating is has been tested and withstands salt spray test up to 5000 hours which normal spray tests are 500hrs. It is a 4 stage process which includes a pre bake & pre sealant that a lot of company's don't do. We feel just as confident powdercoat as we do in sandblasting & Line-X'ing.

Does one need to cut the frame to mount this front bumper?
I really like the way it looks and for the price it looks like it can't be beat!
Someone already answered this, but no cutting required at all.

Let me just say how very pleased I am with this bumper. We all know how big items get those pesky scrapes and scratches in shipping. Think of all the horror stories you have read about things like big heavy tool chest that were shipped and arrived half busted up. I say all that to point out just how great the shipping container and quality of product on delivery. I was simply amazed at how great shape this bumper and lights were delivered. It is really a quality product and well worth the expense. My installer told my he had put tons of aftermarket bumpers on trucks and this bumper ranked right at the top for easy of installation and quality build. When I have time I promise to post some pics.
Thank you for your feedback we appreciate it!

Wow, I was just about to pull the trigger on another setup. Now I am confused again. This does look awesome also. I need to go through all 19 pages and read some more of the details. Looks like I better move quickly if I want to get in on this one though.
Are there light tabs behind that mesh panels already for some 6-8inch lights?
Can you swap out light sizes vs going with 2- 40" lights. unsure how this may look just yet?
My truck spends a lot of time in the woods, I just worry those exposed lights will get ripped off there. Maybe I could just go with no top light at first to see ho it does.
Im sure I will think of other questions soon. its early still.
Our sale goes through the end of September, and we are getting great feedback from everyone! Yes, you can add tabs behind the mesh for cube/ dually lighting. We recommend going with the 40" Radius Upper & Lower the bumper looks best with this configuration. And like someone else mentioned you can add the upper hoop to protect the top light.
Check out our Facebook, a link to customer pictures you can see the different ways to customize your bumper.
