I had some downtime with the pandemic like many of us, so I decided to add decals to my Raptor. It took about an hour, it was harder than I anticipated. Preparing wasn't hard but once applied, I ran into a problem with peeling clear protective sheets over the decals. Since the word "Raptor" is not attached to the entire decal, letters started to peel with it. It took the better part of an hour realigning letters but I think it came out well.

I installed grill and tailgate graphics about three weeks ago. Since temps are down here, I ended up letting it sit overnight before peeling the protective sheets off. They said three days in the sun before pressure washing. I haven't washed it since because of the low temps and mostly being parked in the garage. I may give it another month or two to be safe.

I used the spray. It allows you to adjust them when, not if, you don't place it exactly right the first time.

Yeah, I installed it when it was around mid-50s inside my garage. Since I don't drive my truck often enough, it will most likely sit for weeks before the test the decals on wet weather...but so far it looks good

Mine got crusted with ice during a freezing drizzle a couple of days after I installed them. They were fine. But I'm in no hurry to pressure wash them.

hahah that’s exactly what I did this time too!!! Just got it back last night actually guy kept it 24hrs over night while Xpel & tint cured inside his heated garage area & then next day he also applied all my rappy graphics perfectly & in the same heated garage- it’s in 40s here in Ma- I have heat in my garage but no insulation so only gets 10-15 degrees warmer than ambient.....and those guys are obvi way better at applying these things!
