Nice! I’m in the middle of Robby’s Gen2 Raptor front suspension install right now. Hopefully next couple weeks it will be finished.

What are the fabricated parts next to the firewall? Do they just push the firewall back further away from the tires/front for clearance?

Did he have to extend the hood and front any to fit the tires like his new extension kit for the Raptor?

Love it!!!!!!

Aside from saying this is incredible, I can only add to this thread by suggesting this little piece to get rid of the electrical tape on the spare driveshaft.
What, you don't like how the duct tape matches the Steel-It? :D
Appreciate the link, I'll have to pick one of those up.

Truck is "done" but doesn't run right. Tracked it down to the throttle body that must been fried with all the welding. I had a new one mailed out to them so hopefully that'll get this thing wrapped up. Few new pics:

Oh cool, how's your build going?

The only way to fit 40's on this chassis is to move the lower portion of the firewall back, and/or the headlights forward. He kinda splits the difference and does both. So yea, that piece you see is a firewall reduction panel. Then the headlights are moved forward with the extended hood and fenders. That carbon was originally developed on a Raptor, but seems to fit my truck too. Just had to make a new lower valance and mod the hood a little.

Yes. Just want to get this thing on the (off) road without further delays and complications. Then we'll see how the stock brakes handle the bigger tires. What are people doing for brake upgrades these days? I'm not up to speed on that stuff

PowerStop Z36 is what I went to. About $450 per set front and rears. Drilled and slotted.
