I don't know madcow had one come in with a broken lense. I think it's like the shock debate there is a few good products just depends on what you see first sometimes. not in any specific order but the ones i'd consider are riged, wheelen, and vision-X or vision-X, wheelen, riged. them just happen to be the 3 i've heard of and as a matter afact have yet to hear anything about wheelen but they have only been around a short time.

I had moisture in my duallys. I called Rigid and sent them back, a few days later I had a fresh set waiting on my front door. I was very very pleased with the service and will continue buying Rigid products.

Everything built by man will fail here and there. It matters to me more on how a company backs there equipmemt.

After my lights get here from Raptor Retrofit I am going to put some LED’s in the air vent on the bumper. Rigid is one of the brands I am considering strongly. That being said and I also have a Jeep and this same issue is also being discussed on a couple of the boards I frequent. I am interested in what the failure analysis that has undoubtedly been conducted has yielded? Is it systemic to engineering, materials or process issues or maybe a combination of all three? When I buy a product the CS aspect is important however, even more so are the three things mentioned above. My question is simply has Rigid determined what the cause is and how was it remedied?

I think the cause is that people install them upside down and flip the cover hence not resealing it properly. Once you mess with a seal you should put a smear of something down I would think. And no I didn't install mine.
