ok so once you got the wires inside the door pillar just run then down into the aux switch cover, take out your glove box and look in the firewall any way.

to remove the liner...

take apart your a pillars, take weather stripping out... then unbolt the plastic in the center pillar. The whole assembly with the cabin lights ect just pops off, and follow the cable you can unplug the whole thing.
Watch out with your liner as if you bend it too much it will show a crease when you put it back..
taking apart the sunvisors just a matter of unbolting everything and not loosing tiny screws.

once youve done that run it by the firewall there should be some designated holes where wires pass through to the cabin, there is on the drivers side atleast.
then just a matter of either running it in the fender or running it in the engine bay.

glad to help with any questions you got.

Thanks guys for the additional info. My 50" arrived today, my brackets arrive tomorrow.

Netix - on the weather stripping, do I just slowly pull it out? Does it just push back into place when I'm done?

Trevor - Where can I buy those? Lowe's/Home Depot, or an auto parts store? EDIT (nevermind, I found them at the Big Tool Box)

Cheers!

The weather strip pulls off and goes back on very easy.
Personally I don't think I would use self taping screws but it would make the job a hell of alot easier.

Rivets are the way to go for mounting the brackets under the weather-stripping. At least that's how the pro's at ADD did mine.

Ya just pull it off and it goes back in no problem.
As for self tapping screws you might think its on tight but if you off road alot and the constant shaking and vibration id hate my roof light to fly off some day

OK, so the self-tapping screws sound a bit iffy. My truck is an off-road warrior, not a street queen. I drive lots of trails and tracks all over Colorado/Nevada. There will be lots of shak'n going on I assure you. Any chance some Loctite might prevent the loosening?

So you also don't recommend double-stick tape or 3M Command Strips?? j/k

Post up some pictures when you are done with the install. We always like seeing Raptors with our lights. The 50" on the roof of a Raptor looks super clean and mean looking.

Thanks for supporting Rigid Industries!!!
