Rigid 20 Condensation

I wonder if they found a fix for this during the manufacturing process?

I buy alot of rigid products and have had a few do this. Typically on the older lights. The customer service is great and its a smooth repair and back in my hands in less then a week typically.

Call them and speak to someone on the phone and they will help you out.

I have had two warranty issues - in the end they made it right both times. The first guy I spoke with on the phone was a complete idiot. Then, on here I got hooked up with the real guys. I can't think of their names but Im sure someone on here can help. They fixed me right up.

You probably got the first guy I spoke with. He attempted to give me the same runaround.

David Hobbs is who was suggesting sending it in and paying my own shipping. I am hoping to get in contact with Damon. I am going to wait a week since he is probably at SEMA this week but hopefully he can help me out.
