Well of course the GVRW has changed.

The question is are you willing to pay to have it "recertifed"?

If not then legally the factory rating stays.

This only really matters if:

A: a lawyer gets involved (accident that injured people)

B: you live in a state that monitors this kind of stuff like California and Oregon

Think I’ve seen you around, Seattle area too. I got a 17 with a RSI too. Going to be getting deavers soon. You mentioned you dropped about half inch with the cap on? I’m staying on 35s for a bit so maybe only do +3hd and just a 1.5 collar in the front until I can afford foxs or kings.

Might be time for a 2 year update.

I've put about 15k miles on the truck with this configuration including the RSI. Mountains, off-road, snow, dunes, family trips, moving crap, etc.

Its still sitting at the same height on all four corners. 42.5" in the front and 42.75" in the rear.

I tow my 23" Airstream somewhat often fully-loaded (GVWR #6000 / #720 hitch) with an equalizer hitch it tows great. No sagging really.

Other buddies with Raptors have noted how much firmer the suspension is, less front down on braking / rear down on accelerating, and it handles roads just fine.

Hope this helps.
