Reverse HIDs

On this same note, has anyone else discovered the rear camera is worthless at night...just a washout of blinding reddish light from the nav display that ruins my night vision. I can't seem to hit "DISP" quick enough to turn it off!

Ha! Well part of the problem is I'm trying to also use my passenger side mirror while backing into my garage and I can't see **** with the nav screen all lit up like that at night.

Can't you turn down the brightness on the NAV screen for the night time profile?

Does the nav screen not have a day/night mode? i know my aftermarket nav's i've had change the screen when the headlights came on to be a little more user friendly for night time driving

Wow, I feel like a *******. Right there on the reverse screen it has a settings button. I wouldn't have thought the camera has a separate brightness setting from the nav display. That's why I love this place!:bananaboobies:
