On 24s, the temps are on the center screen. Drivers side it top left, passenger side top right. I don't see a reason to add the knobs when the info is always displayed.
Thats been true on every model year since MY22. However, on my MY22, like many in this thread, we have swapped over the HVAC stack so that we have functional digital dials.

I was wondering if that same stack could be used on the MY24, or if the plugs/connections were different and would prevent that?

Grabbed one off ebay for my 2024. We'll see how install goes. Part #ML3T-18C612-BF

Well let us know. I’ve heard that it won’t work. Now that I have my ‘24 R, I’d like to take these ‘21 knobs (that I put in my ‘22 in this original post) and put them in the ‘24.

They don't work due to a forscan programing issue?

without gambling on eBay, what about this unit from Tasca? Shows the displays for temp on the knobs in the photos and appears to be the correct part. Says only 1 in stock but for $320 bucks and brand new, could be worth the try for this wanting this.

Well I took a chance that this would work, and it did. I was bummed that the '22's didn't have the temp display on the climate control knobs. I found a used one on eBay. It ended up being completely plug and play. No rewiring, no Forscan needed. Just have to take a bunch of interior trims pieces off, which was easier than I figured it would have been. The whole process took probably a half hour.

I paid $300 on eBay. The dumb things retail for around $700 through Ford though.

Cheers!
Paul

Yes it does. I think there might be a way to have it not show on the screen but haven’t tried.
There's a few changes you can do in Forscan to make it go away. I did it on mine. I also got rid of the popup that tells you what temperature you're setting it to when the knob is turned

OK, pros. I need your help. I installed the parts for the heated steering wheel to work and made some changes in FORScan related to the wheel. I got the heated wheel to work along with all of the buttons on the HVAC part. BUT, the steering wheel buttons are not working. I’m assuming this has something to do with the SCCM code. Can someone review and help me figure out what’s wrong?
