Replacement trim in the shifter slot

I cannot seem to find the individual part number or name for that little strip of plastic that goes around the shifter and slides back and forth as you change gears. Is this something that can be replaced individually or something that I would need to buy an assembly for? Thanks for the help.

I think thats part of the whole assembly. I cant imagine that being a separately sold piece.

you can buy thin sheets of plastic/abs. use double sided router tape and stick it to a piece of 1/4 or thicker wood and router out the hole, or use a drill bit. a ruler and a utility knife and you can make one in about 15 min

I was kinda leaning that way, but thank for confirming that its been done. Im gonna pull it this weekend to get some dimensions and see what I can come up with.
