Replaced Cam Phasers

Just had my cam phasers replaced. Truck drives fine for 15-20 minutes and the develops a shudder when at a stop. CEL comes on and shows PO0011. Dealership states they flashed the computer and reset all KAM settings.
Could it be the Vvt solenoids going bad, or something else?
2019 Raptor with 94K on the clock.

Welcome to FRF. Please post pictures of said prius with cam phaser issues.

Could be a number of things. Did you take the truck to them with a tune installed? When was the last time your spark plugs were replaced? Why not let the dealership figure it out, might be a workmanship error.

Spark plugs are getting changed this week. I plan on taking it back to the dealership asap.
However I forgot to mention, I found the negative cable on the battery very very loose. Could that possibly be the culprit?
It had no tune on it.

Maybe. How's your air filter? Boost tubes tight?
