Removing the grille for light install

Anyone done this? I am struggling here. Had an easier time putting in the IC than this. Baja designs instructions suck. Hoping someone has some pointers, been at trying to get the grille off for 2 hours now.

Was going to do this to move the horn to the engine bay and add a hood latch guard soon. The YouTube videos for removing the grill on a normal gen14 F150 don't suffice? What is different?
