Does the RPG prerunner have adapter brackets?

No. The hood latch *release* is attached to the valance strip above the bumper. The factory bumper attaches at the top lip via 2 bolts to the valance. Without the adapter brackets shown above the valance isn't secured and it sags. Those brackets look like they go from the top bumper mounting bolt on the frame horn to the small bolt locations on either side of the valance.

No, but I brought it up to Jarrett and he told me they have something in the works. Regardless it looks like the ADD bracket might work with other bumpers too if it secures to the upper bumper mounting bolt on each side.

Getting ready to order a prerunner so hopefully RPG comes up with a solution soon. Thank you for the info.
