So just pick up some bolts from somewhere like Lowe's? never paid attention to grades of bolt before.

My ADD bumpers are on their way to me now. Hopefully the hood latch bracket made it in the pallet.

You can pick up grade hardware at lowes, home depot, orchard supply.. They are cheap extras and get nylon lock nuts or pinch nuts so you never have to worry about them backing out on you. There is a total of 8 bolts, that mount in the front bumper (new) only 4 to remove the old bumper.. Undo the hood latch assembly from its bracket on the old bumper. This whole process took us about 2o minutes. You will need to remove the hood latch bracket from the old bumper and re-use it. You should have two (new) flat brackets with holes in them to attach the old bracket to the new bumper... You will re-use two lower bolts from your skid plate to attach underneath.. That should be the whole process..

The front bumper is very easy to take off and the new ADD bumper is very easy to put on. I would suggest having an extra person there to help hold the new bumper. For the 4 bolts to hold the bumper to the OEM frame 3 out of 4 holes linded up on my ADD Stealth Fighter bumper. We did drill out the 4th hole that did not line up which was no big deal.

Here are the hood latch brackets for the ADD bumpers. They are nothing too special and no if you did not request for them to be sent you are not going to get them.

Well I have a Venom on its way. That's pretty shotty to get something that's supposed to be bolt-on sent without necessary brackets for a hood latch & have to ask for them.

No. The hood latch *release* is attached to the valance strip above the bumper. The factory bumper attaches at the top lip via 2 bolts to the valance. Without the adapter brackets shown above the valance isn't secured and it sags. Those brackets look like they go from the top bumper mounting bolt on the frame horn to the small bolt locations on either side of the valance.

And p.s. my video on the first page of this thread does cover every single topic that has been brought up here. Valance brackets, grade 8 hardware, XS tee shirts, ****** boots.

Does it include begging ADD for the parts you should get with a 2k bumper?
