Remote Start Randomly Shuts Off

Gents, has anyone had an issue with their remote start shutting off before timing out? I have a new hood ajar pin and fresh batteries in my key remote. My truck is a 2014. Any input is appreciated!

What is the time you have set it to run for??? I think you have the options for 5, 10, 15, possibly 20. (I can't remember). Once you have determined what it is set for. how early is it shutting off? EX: set for 10 runs for 7.
Is the clock in the truck set correctly? LOL.. I ask that 1/2 joking.... but might be a thing. it has to get time from somewhere.

I have it set for 15 minutes, but it sometimes shuts off within 30 seconds to 1 minute. I did replace the hood ajar pin because it was damaged and wouldn’t let the truck start at all. And yes, clock is set correctly, lol.

so you are Dubble locking then your start.? you are making sure you are NOT hitting the start on the remote again that will shut the truck off? it will start on a singe lock but I think that goes on your old run time. if I remember correct.
EX: Dubble lock start run for 5 min, single lock will only go for 10 min ...in your case. I would have to get the book out and read that section again. but I think this is correct. it will shut off if you hit the start button by accident putting the keys in your pocket.
