I read post #33 and thought for a sec...but left it alone. LolAll about shaft diameter. Everyone knows it's about angle plus girth from the taint.
Any pics of the Recon's on your Raptor?Im extremely happy with Nitto Recon Grappler. Still has the mud look in an AT, low noise, soft tire

You live in AZ. Those tires are absolute GARBAGE if roads are wet. They look good, but damn are they scary piles of crap in the rain.Nitto Ridge Grapplers are by far my favorite
I agree with this. Nitto/Toyo absolute trash if you live anywhere outside Socal/Vegas/Arizona.You live in AZ. Those tires are absolute GARBAGE if roads are wet. They look good, but damn are they scary piles of crap in the rain.
i didnt have this experience with c load ridge grapplers. came from those to the k02s on my truck--the k02s are worse in the wet than the grapplers wereI agree with this. Nitto/Toyo absolute trash if you live anywhere outside Socal/Vegas/Arizona.
In my experience both worked well in the Midwest. Ridge Grapplers were superior in the snow but I wouldn’t call either trash.i didnt have this experience with c load ridge grapplers. came from those to the k02s on my truck--the k02s are worse in the wet than the grapplers were
I didn’t think the AT3W was that good in the rain, but now I’m thinking maybe my right foot was the problem…I live in rainy PNW and I immediately took the Ridge Grapplers off my truck after putting them on. The K02 are light years better on the wet road and even those aren't as good as the Falken AT3Ws.
