Quick update...
Dealer has looked at the seat covers and agrees that something is not right. Service tech would get the seat cover reattached, and by pressing down on the seat with his hand, it would come loose again. They are awaiting approval from Ford for replacement of both seat covers. He stated this was the second Raptor they had seen with this problem.

I have the standard seats (not Recaro) and have the same issue with the driver seat. I tried to reattach it, and was able to get one clip on, but then it comes off again while working on the next clip. Gonna wait for my first oil change to get it fixed at the dealer.

The seats are cheap. They are covers over a cushion on a frame, not upholstered leather.

I have seen this on other Generations of the F-150 regular or Recaro style seats, its common and there may be a trick to getting it back on. You would think the dealer would know how to fix it. I will be watching mine when the truck gets here.

I am picking up a 2020 later this week and if my Recaro Seats look like that, I will leave the truck there. At close to 70K that is unacceptable in my own opinion. Good Lord.
