Rear Window Dash Cam Install

In my 17 superduty with the pano roof. I use a go pro. Bought a 10 ft cable, tied it into the usb on the rear facing console then under the weather tech back floor mat and underseat toolbox to the back window. Can't tell the cable is there and didn't pull carpet or pillar covers

If your just looking for protection and saving some money you should be alright, but if you don’t mind spending the cash, look into the thinkwear or blackvue. A lot of nice options with these cameras.

I have a three year old Blackvue 2ch. I really like it and it was the best unit on the market when purchased. I'd expect much has changed in three years, but even back then the price was the same as a single deductible payment
