i dont know how well that stuff works. theres a conductive adhesive we used to use, but most of the time, when those parts fell off (any vehicle, not just ford) it would take the thin copper layer off and getting the position just right was a pain in the ass.

I suppose you could try something like this if you are intent on doing it yourself. If it was me, I'd probably take it to a reputable automotive glass repair shop. Then maybe to the dealer as a last resort. My guess is that the dealer will suggest replacement of the whole rear window.

I’ve tried this, autoglass repair and soldering with no luck on my 16 F150 for the center rear defrost. Good luck, I gave up.
