After hearing some questions at havoc about how to relocate the rear harness I figured I would post some pics on how to do it. Who ever from ford thought this was a good place to run the rear harness should be fired. It is right in the line of fire and can easily be damaged. This can be done without removing the forward cab mount. I'm in the middle of putting fenders on my truck so you see everything without the wheel well installed.

1. Disconnect neg terminal on battery
2. Locate rear harness plugs and disconnect both. uryse6e9.jpgu5uma3e8.jpgsa8udedu.jpgunume3y2.jpgge6anu6u.jpgdu2ema3a.jpgu9asy9yh.jpgyqe4emar.jpgusyhuje8.jpgajama9aq.jpgynebebu6.jpgu3eta3u2.jpghe4ytemy.jpg
3. Start removing harness from frame, disconnect vapor canister sensor in the middle of harness. Runs over top of frame. Don't worry about breaking plastic clips when removing. Remove all the way back to rear body mountpy4a2y3y.jpg
4. Start feeding it on top of frame. Have patients. When u get past gas tank start feeding it inside the frame up to where it plugs in. This is temporary
5. Loosen 2 forwards body mount lower nuts. 15mm. Using a jack and block of wood jack the body up slightly. The push the harness through to the outside of the frame. Takes a little muscle. Harness will now be next to brake lines inside the body mounts.
6. Zip tie the harness to brake lines
7. Let the body down, tighten nuts, plug harness back in and reconnect battery and ur done

Just make sure it's not to close to the exhaust.
