GEN 2 Rear Facing Amber Dust Lights

There are many options for rear-facing Amber dust lights.

Here's one pic from the Baja Designs thread - I don't know anything about this light bar or whose truck this is.

There were some posts about someone offering amber lights that get installed inside the Raptor's CHMSL light without affecting the marker lights or the bed light.

Anyone know where that pic is and what company is making that?

The top truck belongs to @Sitdown I think he mentioned that was a custom bar.

The higher the better IMO, too much dust at the bottom.

SDHQ Chase Light Mounting Kit

Here is an option from SDHQ to mount a Dust/Chase Light. I've seen this used before on a variety of applications including Gen 1 and Gen 2 Raptors. It works best with our Squadron and S2 Series lights.
In general the Amber Spot or Amber Driving/Combo will provide the most punch for dust lighting. Wide Cornering and Work/Scene also work great because that pattern doubles for backup and camp lighting.

When mounting Dust/Chase Lights we recommend mounting higher up on the vehicle if possible. The roof is ideal but mounted on the bed rails isn't a bad option.
Running Dust/Chase lights on the rear bumper would be the last option since that is the first location to get buried in dust and silt.

GEN1, but im sure something similar can be done. Im in the process of adding a rigid sr-m to my cargo light, ill update my thread soon enough..

If there is interest it can be done, probably with options for pods (S2's) or the RTL light, optional antenna mount bracket.

I'd like to understand how to best mount a crossbar. Anyone know how to remove the plastic bed rail caps? Anyone have pics of what the bed rails look like naked, without the plastic caps?
