I'll show my ignorance...Are any of the pro's racing with a cantilever set-up similar to this?

there are but it is usually a very large lever that also carriers the coilover and bypass shock. If you google it some cool pics will come up. there are a few prerunnner kits out there for tacos and rangers but the set ups are totally different- concept is the same though

I saw previously in your posts where this system was designed only for +2 and above spring packs. This still the case? I would think this setup would also virtually eliminate axle wrap = wheel Hop? I drive in a lot of sand and this setup would benefit my truck if it was adaptable to the standard duty Nationals.

Unfortunately this wont help with wheel hop since it is generated from soft spring rates and leverage on the springs. This design is intended to maximize the travel potential in the rear. It will work with any spring (national or deaver), I to have standard nationals that are the newer design (+2 stock hight) and the originals are +1. You just need the ability to run poly bushings in the spring. The customers will be setting ride hieght when they install the kit by cutting the lower links to the correct length for the truck.

Update!!!

Here is the final design of the levers along with the lever mounts. Still waiting on springs so offroad testing is delayed until next week. All the templates are at the laser cutter now to be cut. Street testing has gone perfect.

Of the 3.5" had a longer stroke then yes you could get more travel. You could get more travel by altering the linkage lengths as well
