travel

on a side note I took some pics to show how much the rubber busings in the stock shackle limit the travel along with rubber spring bushings. They dont allow for full droop with shocks mounted in stock location. I losened them up and got 15 ins of travel- pic showing them loose and they fold all the way over. Poly bushings in the stock shackle would allow for this movement

full compression

all welded up testing full compression. Should be rapping it up tomorrow. Still waiting on shackles and straps but we will be testing it on the street tomorrow. Full compression to full droop gets 16in travel with stock shackles. More pics tomorrow

still in the design stages right now. Energy suspension doesnt have a poly kit for the newer trucks but I am playing with kits from other trucks to figure out bushings that work. the rear spring bushing must also be changed

Thanks! We can do it at our shop for anyone. Just will be more expensive until we get the parts into production- takes me a lot of time making everything all by hand.

update

drove it on the street yesterday- drives great!! Once I get the straps in and swap out the bushings its ready for offroad testing. Here are some pics- check out the groud clearance with the lower mounts gone.

Starting on the next truck this week- gonna make a few changes in the design
