Yes. Never was completely happy with it.

Everything is cut and bumper appears to fit good. I'm having problems getting the lower bolts out (steering box bolts?). Any suggestions?

Mine where on there pretty damn tight as well but with a 2 foot breaker bar I finally got them off and once they were out you could see the blue locktite that was on the bolts!

Haha yea he said he was having a problem getting the two steerin rack bolts out that's why I asked if he got te bolts off yet
