When I did mine last week (outside, in -20 c, in a 2 foot snowbank, but that's another story... ) I didn't realize it was a bushing that the bolt threads into and requires removal of the lower skidplate and a back up wrench on the bushing.
I used a floor jack to lift up on the 3/4" drive to break it loose initially...
Other than that the only other confusion was where to mount the shock reservoir brackets. Drilled the frame in between the body mount reinforcement and bent the fox brackets appropriately.
Finished product !
