Lots of entertainment here! Ford Raptors not so tough when pushed to the limit - River Dave's Place

I've already mentioned this but threads like this which were caused by the cry**** w****r b***h's thread on the other forumz are bad for Ford and the Raptor. There could easily be repercussions from that thread. And the thread (linked to above) is just one more straw on the camel's back.

What's up with the Dodge Ram truck advertisement ribbons around the pictures posted on the "other forum?"

Well I was able to find something useful in all that mess. The Raptor is a modular design and built in three parts. The back end or rear of the truck is one section. You just need to remove the bed, axle, gas tank etc and replace that part of the frame. Now this frame is welded together but maybe easier than replacing the entire frame. BUT, cutting and welding the frame can instantly turn a vehicle title into a salvage title in some areas. I'm not sure if this applies to work done by a dealer under warranty work. So I would double check before I consented to anything.Parts info:7) Replacement Kit, Rear Frame (a) (d) 9L3Z 17N775 B...$1750.00Here is parts break down for the 2010 Ford Raptor, just scoll down to frame.http://www.gdmjoe.com/gothf150/documents/2010FORDPICKUPSVTRAPTOR.pdf

Or maybe this whole "frame bending" thing is being sponsored by Dodge?:potstir::rolleyes2::biggrin:
who knows, Anyhow, I read your post on another forum which stated you didn't believe our trucks needed Hydrualic bump stops. Do you still stand by this enlight of what's going on with the frames? Either way, could you explain your dission? I'm just trying to better understand things.
