Rattle above passenger seat

Ya I think it’s just opening and closing it a few times to get degree loose and let it reposition itself.

You guys are the best!!! For 2 weeks I've had a dull single rattle/thud that sounded like an item in my passenger door compartment or rear passenger compartment. It was happening when I hit bumps in the road with my right side tires. After reading this post, I sprayed all the moonroof gaskets with a silicone spray and activated it a couple of times. I just drove a few miles and its all gone. My truck is a 2018 garage kept 16,000 mi. This is not ideal, but an easy bandade/fix. If/when this happens again, I'll probably apply vaseline which will be more permanent.

Also check passenger seat belt, mine does it when cold against the plastic if it’s flipped over.

Also my 17 had the headrest counter balance come half off the pass. seat and tap the inside of the seat on brake/accel. Got worse over a few months till tracked it down. Drove me nuts. Unzipped seat cover and took it off. About a 5# chunk of covered lead.
