With all of the people indicating they paid MSRP, I haven’t seen one person post a pic of the contract indicating such. I am not saying it never occurred, but it is extremely doubtful everyone is telling the truth. Kinda like Biden saying, “only the rich will pay.” Everyone is paying for his economic policies and I have a hunch most people claiming they paid MSRP is cow dung. Remember there is more to the price paid for a vehicle than MSRP. Dealerships make money on extended warranties, pre paid maintenance contracts and tire replacement. Dealerships do not care about anything but net profit. Start posting contracts with dealership names, total price paid and the window sticker. Regardless, there are people than can afford private jets and those that always fly coach, an ADM for a person that can afford a jet is just another expense, for which they care less. Those that will wait for the 2022 may be in for a shock because prices are very unlikely to go down. Think about inflation last year and compare it to today, afterward read the inflation forecast. A seasoned investor is a forward thinker, buy it today because it will cost more tomorrow.
PAID MSRP NOTHING TO HIDE!

P.S., the extended warranty was something I asked for, the dealer did not try to sell it to me..I had to ask. So, YES…I paid MSRP.

I have bought all of mine at invoice with no bs fees, no extended warranty, vin etch, etc. There are deals out there. I have shared my dealer info too many times to count and some have got on their list. Small dealer with few allocations.

Man times have changed, I paid invoice for a 2020 in June of 2020 - biggest regret is not buying all three they had sitting on the lot..
If you was to buy all three would you still have to pay all the taxes before you sold the extra two trucks or would you not pay sales tax on the ones you would sell?
I also got a great deal on my 2020 in April 2020.

I def think majority pay msrp. I don’t see any reason to reverse lie. I paid msrp for a gt350 when they came out. Early 2020 I almost bought a 2020 fully loaded SCAB for 9k off. What a mistake that was.

If people have a lot of dollars then who cares. If your gen2 is paid off and you’re getting 55-65+ trade-in then a 2021 isn’t unattainable. Mafh wasn’t my strongest subject tho.

You’d pay the 6.5% at purchase, but they’ve appreciated well beyond that so would’ve made around $20k in a couple months.

MN allows you to net trade in for sales tax, saved me about $4k on my 2021 purchase. Tried to sell privately but that tax savings makes it hard to justify.

Lol I'm sure they're selling slowly. The whole auto industry is heavily marked up right now and Raptors are going to be much more so. If they were selling at MSRP dealers wouldn't be able to keep them in stock. The reality is that with limited supply there's always someone who will pay at least $10k over. Heck, there are nutjobs still paying MSRP for USED Raptors right now. I sold my 2018 to a dealer who got $69k for it. MSRP was $70k.

I have received several of those calls, and I have gotten the same response when I let them know I am purchasing at MSRP - it's a hilariously stunned silence. And to your point, Raptors do NOT seem to be selling quickly, generally speaking, but that is as a result of the egregious ADMs dealers are asking. I actually think dealers are genuinely surprised they aren't moving at the inflated prices. However, some of that can then be attributed to the fact there are some dealers selling at MSRP.
