New Videos of our Utah Expedition posted! We were at Bonnevile Salt Flats and it was epic! If you like maxing out the speedometer on your vehicle THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! Perfectly flat, great grip on the salt, and you can go fast for miles! Forget drag racing in the sand, drag races in the salt flats is where it’s at!

Being from Michigan where roads are paved in chloride...
How corrosive and/or hard to wash off is that salt?

It was a blast!! It is VERY corrosive. I washed it early next morning. Already had surface rust on some metal components. Not hard to wash off because it becomes salt water when rinsing but finding all the clumps of salt tucked away in the nooks and crannies is the challenging part!

It just clumped everywhere! The next day we were in MOAB and we did onion creek that had 30 water crossings so it helped clean out the undercarriage more!

I took my gen 1 out there many moons ago and had a great time. That being said I didn’t find it easy at all to clean off

Yeah the hard cleaning portion is worth the salt flats experience! I will be back for sure!!

Yea I am out!! Been to salt flats 100's of times. That crap is like battery acid.

Cool no doubt, but I know better places (in Utah) to ride the speed limiter
