So many people don't know, don't look. But if you start looking as you head west about three mile canyon. For the next 30 miles with a sharp eye, you will spot them on the Columbia Gorge walls. Normally, once your eyes spot one, you begin to see more. I have spotted herds of up to 50 head. Traffic whizzing by. No one notices. They are "blend" masters for sure. One time spotted them about 50 foot from the freeway. Munching away on grasses.
