I'm pretty sure that's Little Manistee Motorcycle and Trail Route just north of Baldwin Michigan.

Just a warning if you go there. Be prepared for a lot of close calls. Too many times I went around a tight corner and had to dodge an oncoming bike or ATV. The trails are narrow, bi-directional, and the bikes and ATVs seemed to prefer the ORV trails to the bike trails running parallel. It would be cool and probably a lot safer for some nighttime wheeling
