Raptor Sightings/Spotting (on the road or parked)

Well today i passed a Raptor and i decided not to wave because i have gotten so annoyed with people not waving back, and here this guy waved at me, FAIL. I felt like a ****** lol

You should have turned around and caught up to him and just drove next to him continuously waving to make up for it lol.

I-95 driving from South Carolina to DC I saw 4 raptors I think one was a female driver. All 4 headed south and in NC. Waved and flashed lights and nothing lol. Maybe they were looking at the road as they should lol
