13 Black Screw with bead locks. Flush mounts on the rear bumper. Had fog lights on the front. Saw him near the base in MWC. I wanted to stop him an ask him who did his rear flush mounts in the city but was with the wife and would have never heard the end of it.

Blue flame Scab headed north bound on I-65 around 12ish at Tenn river bridge. Man was that blue shinning in the sun. Had a hard time keeping my eyes on the road as it passed. Lol.
