I agree it would be fantastic for consumers if Ford implemented a dealer price cap. Hell, maybe eventually we'll get rid of the archaic laws that makes dealerships necessary in the first place and allow manufacturers to sell directly to consumers without ridiculous middleman marketing ********.

However, if a person is irresponsible in their trip planning and falls asleep at the wheel because they chose to drive too far for too long, that's on them. Might as well have been driving drunk. To mask OP's negligence by ranting about price gouging seems misguided.
