Actually you are off on the truck by $11,470. There is no way John got that for $45k. It was built at the end of May and probably got to a dealer in California in July, so no telling what kind of markup it had from those dealers out there.

So, I'm not exactly sure what to make of that video of the Stig driving the truck. Lap time starts at 19 seconds and ends at 1:39...So in theory that is a 1:20ish lap time in the rain.

The video is 1:20 in edited time No way the Raptor is that fast!

The VelociRaptor was the slowest on Top Gear USA as well but I'm amazed how well it was able to keep up...
