Try driving on the right side of the road and see if that helps!

Just kidding, my older F150 occasionally does it when the seat is in a certain position for some reason. Not sure, but think it might have something to do with the weight sensing air bag mechanism getting tweaked in my truck. It’s out of warranty, and I haven’t dealt with it since I rarely have passengers in it.

I’ve seen other non-Ford cars do it when a bag of groceries is placed on the seat and it turns off the airbag because it thinks there might be a lightweight child riding up front.

Yes, it is a message stating either if the airbag is on or off depending whether a passenger Has occupied seat. I would have thought message would turn off soon after startup.

Raptor is so manoeuvrable and no problem in the Scottish hills. Extremely capable in any situation. Will be used for heading to ski resorts this winter.

The passenger airbag message is indicating correctly whether airbag is disabled or not depending if someone is occupying seat but should the message remain on. That is my query. I would have thought the message would have gone out soon after starting the engine. Maybe it's meant to stay on. My previous Gen 1 did not have this issue.

Graeme,
Welcome. I'm not sure on the Gen 2; my Gen 1 has a light on when the seat is unoccupied stating the air bag is off. When there is a passenger in the seat it goes out...
