Here's what they look like. I was able to clean the cutout marks but the Homelink buttons show a bit.

The install was cake. It took a few tries to get the Velcro nice and tight. The quality of these covers is outstanding. The cutouts around the mirrors are not very tight, but I think that's a trade off you make for ease of installation. They really make those visors look good and cover up those nasty yellow stickers. The claws are a nice touch. Thanks Calder!

Now get me the matching headrests! The visors and the console armrest are feeling lonely.... :)

How do you get the Homelink piece off to get the leather behind it? Some installation instructions I found say that you have to remove the entire Homelink unit by taking the visor apart and then open up the module to squeeze two pins to allow the front piece with the buttons on it to come off.

I am not sure on that one wolf, I had a member email talking about it and he mentioned that he just popped the bezel off and tucked the leather behind it. Let me find it real quick

Sounds like a plan buddy! Can't wait to get your headrests looking good. Let me post up the videos on YouTube on the re-install

Mind snapped right off. But I think mine is not the Homelink brand. Good riddens anyway.

It doesn't seem to be battery powered. What popped off was a cover with some plastic buttons. The electronics remained somewhere inside the visor. If there was a battery, I assume it would be in there.

For purposes of fitting the visor, if you cut the hole just right (meaning a little smaller than the cover, that cover should fit right on top and pin the leather. It might, however, prevent that cap from snapping back on. We'll have to wait until someone tries it.

I would recommend cutting less than what was marked. It seemed that what was marked was the outside edge of the remote, and you want it smaller so it tucks Inside the cap I would presume.

I actually had a customer cut his just like you described above. I will post the shot he took when I find the email
