They made more than that. Invoice isn't true Dealer Cost. Invoice is just another number like MSRP. It's much closer to true cost but it is not the actual dealer cost.

buying at sticker in California isn't bad when they are getting 10k over MSRP.. They are not as easy to get in California as it is to get in other parts of the country

I just ordered one at 500 over invoice at Heller Ford in Escondido CA. The deals are still there and I can tell you which dealer in SoCal not to go to.
