OK, just so I get this straight, you can fold the cover back to all but the last section and it lays flat? But if you want that last section it goes upright? And like Haywood Jablowme says, whatever you're hauling is going to block the view anyway.

SLB8SNK, Rockinroad is Morrie. Thanks again!

Thanks for the input guys. I PM'd Rockinroad to shoot me a price on the F1. That's the best one, correct? What'd you fellas have to pay?

If I told you how much I paid you would not believe me and it was from a major dealer in SoCal. I think it was a one off price though...LOL

I bought a F1 off ebay last week for $899 shipped. I think there was only 1 seller for the F1 on ebay and he is from Illinois if you look on there for one.

I will warn everyone here, watch what you buy and from who! The Baklfips ALL look alike and it would take a trained eye to spot the difference between them. If you buy direct from a reputable place or person (Morrie) it will come shipped direct to you in the OEM box, and that is the ONLY place they list the item type (HD or F1). So if you buy anywhere else, like Ebay or a great deal, if you don't get the OEM box, you have NO idea what you just got.... if you don't believe me, call BakFlip direct and ask them... I did! Buyer be warned!

Also, to the opening, each section fold onto the next, until you get to the last section. At the head of the coveris a small 6 inch or so part that the rest of the cover folds up on to, and that is what leans against the cab as the final part. Hope that makes sense, but there are videos on their web site that show all this as well.

I noticed the F1 on EBay says 'without track system'. What does that mean?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BakF...8460660?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories

useless without the tracks... may be stolen LOL... Would not buy!

I believe "the track system" is a ford accessory. What is used to mount the bakflip is "rails"..

I wonder if this is what "the track system" is:
