I booked 4/20-21! Booked at host hotel but may change based on comments above. Anyone else booked the same dates? Showed 3 others registered already.

And to be fair...I know there are tons of millionaires who are truck/car enthusiast whom can definitely afford about 500 acres in WV/Ohio/NC to build this shit.

Stop being stingy you rich mofos lol. Build us what we want DMAN IT!

Need at least 640 acres for one square mile. Land in Utah, Wyoming, Nevada and New Mexico is far cheaper than anything on the east coast. It would be a ungodly liability risk and loss of value in relation to what the land can be sold for to make an off-road park.

I finally watched some footage on this. Not really impressed to be honest. Granted I can drive about 20 min and be in the same kind of terrain if not better. I could see the east coasters wanting to do it since you guys have no desert stuff, but it looked a lot more tame than I was expecting.
Correct. As an east coaster that's exactly the appeal. Plus it's nice beating on a truck that isn't mine. If you have access to that terrain and know what you're doing already, you can have more fun without the RA restrictions.

$10M.

Land loans range from 8%-12% interest. Every 1M is about 5,000 per month to pay back roughly, 50,000 per month back.

To develop multiple tracks and events and venues will probably be another $2M in work/time/excavation.

We would need to charge 1500 per truck for a three day course. 10 trucks on the course at once, that's 15,000 every three days. Potentially 200k/mo in income just on about 500 acres of space to get crazy. The rest of the acres can be used for gun ranges, go kart, R/C car racing, and when it snows - ski resort.

Potential income - $500,000/mo with staff included. All year around courses. We don't need 7,000 acres though.

Signed up for May 19/20 and bringing a buddy who paid for the "guest driver". That was expensive (I wasn't the one who paid tho). We are going to stay in SLC. Everyone who said they have done it said it was a good time.
