Hi Sir

I wanted to replace some bearings on the 6.2 Raptor at my shop

We had to wait for a long time till we got the dealership get us new bearings and some parts and the engine is completely dismantled.

I really need help to put the engine together so i want to know if you have the following information:

Main caps torque Spec
Con-Rod Torque Spec
Cylinder Head Torque Spec
Any additional information for setting up the cylinder heads, camshaft, etc.

Or if you can help me find a engine repair manual online or on eBay it would be great.

I checked for a whole week and couldn't find any !!!

LOL I know !!! Usually all torque spec is readily available online. I have mustang manuals at the shop, just didn't find a raptor manual.

Glad it work for you,
I wasn't sure if the general public could sign up to be a member in order to purchase material.
Good to know.

Glad the OP got what he needed, but just to add to the thread, Helm makes service manuals (electronic versions / CD-ROM) in case anybody needed another alternative (wasn't sure if the motorcraft link above directed to Helm).

YMMV

I have not looked at the 6.2 yet on this, but if like other modular engines most all of the bolts are a one time use and need to be replaced encase you have not looked at that. A rebuilt the modular V10 and had to replace the rod bolts, head bolts, and main cap side bolts. Just something to double check.
