had a bit of a fender bender yesterday. my bumper looks ok but the other car well looks like this

he clipped me coming out of driveway, was decent guy felt bad for his damage but that's what insurance is for. even though he clipped me i guess im at fault since i was backing out of driveway. It's the ADD bumper

Not automatically. Even if you think you are, do not ever admit fault in an auto accident of any kind.

Did he play the typical California game of "I have the right of way because I'm on the main street no matter what so you'd better stop even though I have plenty of opportunity to avoid a collision?"
