I know you've been asked this before, but I can't recall the answer, nor where you posted it. What dealer in CO did you buy from? I just went and visited my Raptor at my dealer last night in Littleton.

He has said he won't tell what dealer until after delivery, somewhere in SW Colorado.

Id be happy to post the dealer but at this point it doesnt matter. My salesmen wrote me a long email, out of the blue at the end of today, explaining the situation.

He said the shipping co. didnt have any record of my VIN on their lot...so maybe it is still on rail?

He also said his regional rep was basically no good aka wont call him/the dealership back.

My salesmen even advised me to file a complaint with Ford and list their dealership...just so we can get some action.

Guys, what Ford is doing with these trucks is ********.

PS-I honestly would advise anyone who was thinking of special ordering a Raptor to wait until Summer (Only 5 months away-HA) and buy a 2012 Raptor from your local dealer who is looking to actually sell the truck by offering it at invoice. Plus, you can buy it same day and/or have it shipped same week from another dealer via dealer trade! 1 week and @ invoice vs 4 months and no deal....Im so stupid. I'm officially pissed off.

Unreal! Our trucks were built 2 days apart. I am on day 24 with no shipping info at all. I told myself I was not going to worry about it but it's just not happening. When I see a Raptor on the road it just makes me mad. I guess Ford picked our build week to forget how to run a business. I hope yours did make a train. You will be really pissed if you find out it is sitting next to mine in the lot in Dearborn. Call Ford customer service and tell them you want a case number.

Thanks for the info and the encouragement to gain answers.

Calling Ford wont do anything. Customer service lines were created to buy companies time to get the problem(s) resolved...not to actually resolve a problem. Plus, Im not wasting anymore of my life trying to help Ford run their company....I've got multple companies of my own to single handidly manage!! And one of them is a USA/International automotive business!

I imagine some mooch line worker forgot his lunch pale the day our trucks were built and F'd something up. My gut tells me ALL trains and shipping trucks are working fine + weather is ok in the sw.....so there must be a problem with our trucks. Maybe all of the folks talking about "coolant spilage & faulty brake light cable" got Ford's attn which has our trucks on hold.

I to feel my truck is still sitting in Dearborn out in the open for nearly a month IN JANUARY AKA paint exposed to cold temps/snow affecting the vehicle, alternator & battery not charged bc sitting so long etc etc.

If I wouldnt have already signed the deal 1/15 based on the truck set to arrive 1/23 when it was suppose to originally arrive 1/16....I'd be at my local Chrysler dealer today (beautiful saturday and local) buying a '12 SRT Jeep glistening in the showroom aka how it should be.

If this deal continues to go south....I'm simply not flying to CO, going to pay for my truck to get shipped to my local SoCal Chrysler dealer (lot to lot to hold value) and trade back to an SRT-8 Jeep immediatley. Im not special but.....I sure as hell dont have time for this mess anymore.

I have adopted a totally new attitude (forced upon me by the system). When it shows up, I will be happy, until then, I am not.

I have a build DAY of Jan 30 and the sticker still doesn't show up.

Hang in there, it will be worth it. ....as for me, I'm going to go look at some more accecories to buy. The pile is getting big.

Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face! Dont let your frustration get the better of you. You would lose thousands of dollars between shipping costs and trade in value, and for what? To teach Ford a lesson? Trust me, they could give a shit if you go buy a Jeep instead instead of a Raptor. You would just be punishing yourself. I waited over 4 months for my Raptor and it has been worth every minute of that long wait!
