Random Static from Speaker

Hah - I actually have the same issue. I normally dont hear it while music is playing but if I'm on a call or if I just turn up the volume loud when nothing is playing, I'll hear it come every few seconds. I need to get the dealer to look at it someday ...

Yup, that's the same for me. Bone stock so all connections should be factory.

wonder if its a specific frequency thats not being able to be reproduced? if its under warranty, have it checked out, if not you can disconnect it

It's under warranty. With others now reporting the same thing in here it seems like it would have to be something in our programming right?

I always presumed it's a bad ground. Charge builds up somewhere in the system and then interferes as it dissipates (or something). Never bothered me enough to take it in. I never hear it if I'm actually listening to music (or even podcasts for that matter)

It happens on my bluetooth amazon music , galaxy s20 I i shut BT off then on and let it pair again it will go away

Here is a video of it. It’s loud since I have the volume all the way up but you hear it around the 6 second mark and 15 second mark. I also tried to isolate it to one speaker with balance and fade, it happens on all speakers but is louder on the right (passenger) side speakers.

I'm thinking it has something with phone laying on/or in center console . There is a rf id sensor for the key fob under the cup holder. Next time it does it i will move phone to passenger seat. I got a new phone 2 weeks ago when it started , old phone never had an issue but it was a 8 year blackberry LOL.

I thought it had to do with RF Interference too, but the video I posted above was while I was holding the phone, so not near where you describe. I did try to move it around the cab and see if it would go away. It does it on bluetooth and usb carplay.

did some more testing this morning. It happens every 9-10 seconds. I removed the phone from bluetooth, re-connected and it still occurred. I removed from bluethooth again, deleted the phone, connected to CarPlay and it was happening with CarPlay and NO bluetooth. Really confusing.

That is the EXACT same noise I have
