Yeah, I figured the extra $10 wasn't going to kill. You at least get a factory made product so you know the quality will be decent. Also, the fitment should be perfect out the box because it's made in a factory.

Well, it sucks I cannot get members of the Z to participate in this group buy to help expedite the process.

Anyways, once we reach 10 I will PM each one of you for your information. I am trying to decide whether I should have DBS ship them out to you guys individually or send them all to me and I'll keep them all!! Just kidding - ship them all out myself. We'll see if that lowers the cost any.

I'd be cautious about using regular window screening.
Calculations have shown it reduces airflow up to 50% (I do ventilation studies for residential) and after a while the openings get even more restricted with dust.

I suppose if it was mounted far enough forward it wouldn't hurt, but if I make one it will have 3/16" steel mesh.

I recently purchased my DBS and it arrived within 7 days.(this past Saturday before Moms day) . . or else I would be in for the DBS group buy!!!

This Friday (5/18/2012) I will be driving from Los Angeles to San Francisco Bay area for my younger brothers University Graduation. . Will take before and after picture of the radiator on the Raptor for you guys to see if its serves its purpose well.
