Upper radiator hose on my 2013 seems to be flat when engine is cold and bulks up slightly when the engine warms up. Has anyone else seen this and is it a big deal? TIA!

So, what you're saying is that when it is cold it is smaller and flatter. And then when you warm it up, it gets bigger? So much to say here...

But, I'll just say that you may have a faulty radiator cap that is not properly releasing pressure.
