Radar detectors are legal here also... however in almost every case it is illegal to broadcast on a Police band... And laser blockers do just that, and are illegal...

Lasers are not radio and not controlled by the fcc, they are controlled by the fda. States have to implement local laws to make laser shifters illegal, only about 10 states have done this.

yeah, but they are a lot less likely to let you off with a warning when they see a radar detector in your vehicle

Ya this is very true .. The cops here all come to the driver side window too.
