My brothers TRX was stolen from the dealership the day before he was supposed to pick it up.

Maybe they had better offer! Ask to see the police report. That story has been used too many times by dealers. Do a vin search Or carfax to see they really sold it.

We have all that. They even showed up the GPS tracking it as the cops chased. They ended up flipping it in a ditch.
