Gen 1 for the win, best looking truck. Good luck with the new Gen3. Love the color.

Gen 1s especially look good with the redesigned front headlights, The Gen 2 appearance is spot on. When they redesigned the new F150, a Raptor was an afterthought as the front end makes the truck look smaller. Look for yourself side by side.

Everyone’s opinion is certainly valid when it comes to aesthetics, but I do find this comment a bit surprising. I’ve seen a gen3 raptor in person, and it’s the only gen I’ve seen where 37s look like normal size tires. The truck looks absolutely massive.

Yes / I initially thought the Gen2 was a better looking truck (head light area) until I was able to get into one and walk around them side by side.

The Gen3 has a mix of more luxury inside and more aggressiveness outside. The truck looks bigger and the grill has a substantial size increase over the Gen2.

The comfort of driving them back to back is not even on the same level. Not sure why it feels so much nicer and quieter but it does.

You are paying for the increased tech because on the front end of the truck no matter what you do it will never look proportional to what the Gen 2 looks. The Gen 2 doesn't have the active exhaust settings or the updated interiors but it does definitely look better from the front, angels and rear.
I used to think this until I had my gen 2 and 3 sitting next to each other. While the gen 2 still looks like a great truck, it definitely looks dated next to the gen 3. I’ll be posting pics later today in the iconic silver thread.

The technology improvements and interior improvements is all they have done to it. The redesigned front end makes the F150 look small when they added the standard Raptor side flares it doesn't look right. The truck is ugly but if you want to feel good about your decision then that is up to you. The table top shifter stuff is neat, the folding shifter along with vents and large center console is all good. Power generator is awesome feature wise it checks everything you could want. The overall appearance of the front makes it look like a Nissan however and it doesn't look right to me.

Clear now?
You know what opinions are like right? I totally disagree with you though and I’m coming from a Gen 1. I think the gen 3 looks massive..especially seeing one in person.

I think the gen 3 looks like a redesign of the gen 1. I feel the gen 2 front end has the best looking
And most unique. I like it because it looks most like a storm trooper. The gen 1 is way too round and bubbly.
